Area Groups
This section reflects the activities of the ScaleSeven Group’s Area Groups.
The national Group supports and encourages the formation of Area Groups. There are currently nine groups in the British Isles, though not all are active at present.
As of November 2007, some changes to the Area Group structure have taken place. The East Staffordshire AG is being dissolved, due changes with their regular meeting place. This has led to the formation a new Midland AG, based in the HMRS Study Centre, with a possible new Group being based in the Warley MRC premises. Further details will be posted as they are sent in.
About the Area Groups

- Meetings occur on the last Sunday of each month, in Sudbury, Suffolk.

- Meetings occur at intervals of six to eight weeks, venues to be decided.

- Based at the HMRS Study Centre, Swanwick, Derbyshire.

- Meetings will be held in Chatham, at a member’s house. Please call for more information.

- Meetings take place on the second Sunday in the month four times a year. The venue has been fixed as Mafeking Hall, Pilning. More details from Peter.

- Meetings take place monthly, and usually take place at the Model Railway Club’s Keen House, London, on a Sunday afternoon.
South West Scotland Area Group

- Meetings take place in members’ homes roughly every four to six weeks. This Group is very active, so expect to get roped in to build something if you visit!
